Our AI systems may generate suggested responses, summaries, follow-up recommendations, workflow actions, operational insights, and customer engagement recommendations.
Businesses remain responsible for reviewing and supervising AI-generated outputs and business decisions.
Generex may use automated systems to route inquiries, coordinate scheduling, trigger follow-up workflows, prioritize interactions, assist with customer engagement, and generate operational summaries.
4. Business Data Ownership & Control
Generex believes businesses should maintain ownership and control over their customer relationships, operational workflows, and business intelligence. Except as necessary to provide the Services:
- Customers retain ownership of their business data
- Customer relationships remain controlled by the business
- Generex does not claim ownership over proprietary business operations or workflows
- Businesses control their integrations, workflows, and user permissions
Generex is designed to help businesses operate more intelligently — not to take ownership of their operational intelligence or customer relationships.
5. AI Model Training & Data Usage
Generex does not use customer business data, customer conversations, or proprietary operational information to train public AI models without explicit permission.
To provide AI-powered functionality, certain data may be processed by trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers under contractual obligations designed to protect confidentiality and limit processing to authorized purposes.
Generex may use anonymized and aggregated platform usage information to improve system performance, AI quality, product experience, and operational reliability.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist with cloud infrastructure, hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, payment processing, AI infrastructure, security monitoring, and workflow integrations. Users are responsible for complying with applicable communication, consent, and recording laws in their jurisdictions.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
