Depending on configuration and product functionality, AI systems may influence scheduling, workflow routing, operational notifications, customer communication timing, prioritization logic, and automation behavior.
Businesses are responsible for configuring workflows appropriately and reviewing operational behavior regularly. Generex strives to avoid hidden or deceptive AI behavior and believes businesses should understand when automation is being used within operational systems.
AI-Generated Outputs & Limitations
AI-generated outputs may vary, contain inaccuracies, reflect incomplete context, produce unexpected results, or require human review. Generex does not guarantee factual accuracy, operational outcomes, legal compliance, business performance, revenue generation, or uninterrupted functionality.
AI systems are probabilistic and may occasionally generate incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Customers should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for legal decisions, medical decisions, compliance decisions, financial decisions, safety-critical operations, or other high-risk activities without appropriate human review.
AI-Assisted Automation
Generex may automate portions of operational workflows including messaging, scheduling, follow-up coordination, reminders, notifications, operational summaries, customer engagement actions, and workflow routing.
Automation behavior may vary depending on configuration, integrations, user settings, AI model behavior, and operational conditions. Customers remain responsible for supervising automation, validating workflow actions, reviewing operational outputs, and maintaining appropriate operational controls.
Generex encourages businesses to maintain human oversight over important operational decisions and customer interactions.
Customer Data, Ownership & Business Sovereignty
Generex believes businesses should maintain ownership and control over their customer relationships, operational workflows, communications, business intelligence, and operational data. As a general principle:
- customers retain ownership of their business data,
- customer relationships remain controlled by the business,
- and Generex does not claim ownership over proprietary operational workflows or business operations.
Generex is designed to strengthen business operational independence — not weaken it. We believe AI should empower businesses to operate more intelligently while preserving operational control, accountability, trust, and business sovereignty.
AI Training Practices
Generex takes customer trust seriously. As a general principle, customer conversations, operational workflows, customer communications, uploaded business information, and proprietary business data are NOT used to train public AI models without explicit permission.
Generex may use anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified operational intelligence to improve platform performance, workflow reliability, AI quality, operational coordination, and product functionality. Any platform-improvement usage is designed to avoid exposing identifiable customer business information.
Third-Party AI Providers & Infrastructure
Generex may utilize trusted third-party providers to support portions of the platform, including AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, communication providers, workflow systems, analytics providers, and operational infrastructure vendors.
These providers may process limited data as reasonably necessary to generate AI outputs, support operational workflows, process conversational interactions, deliver integrations, or maintain platform functionality. Generex works with providers that maintain security and privacy commitments appropriate for AI infrastructure services.
Responsible Use of AI
Generex prohibits use of the platform for unlawful activity, deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, unlawful robocalling, unlawful surveillance, harassment, spam, malicious automation, political manipulation, discriminatory abuse, or harmful deceptive practices.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, consent requirements, communication regulations, and industry obligations.
Security & Operational Integrity
Generex implements operational, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information, reduce unauthorized access, maintain workflow integrity, support operational continuity, and improve AI-powered business reliability.

Continuous Improvement & Governance
AI systems evolve rapidly. Generex continuously evaluates workflow behavior, operational reliability, model quality, automation safety, governance controls, and customer feedback to improve the platform responsibly over time.
As our platform evolves, this policy may be updated to reflect new AI capabilities, operational safeguards, governance improvements, regulatory expectations, and platform changes. We believe responsible AI governance should evolve alongside operational AI capabilities.
